With more than two decades of experience across elite club football, international management and player development, Head Coach James Thomas brings outstanding knowledge and leadership to Peyia-Akamas Ladies FC.
Holding the UEFA A Licence, UEFA Elite Youth Licence and FA Talent ID Level 3 qualifications, James has coached at the highest levels of the women’s game, including international football and leading professional clubs.
His appointment reflects our commitment to building a competitive, professional environment where every player has the opportunity to succeed.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Municipality of Akamas for its valuable support of our new project.
From the very beginning, the Municipality has been standing by Peyia-Akamas Ladies FC, supporting the development of women’s football in our area and providing us with access to its sports facilities free of charge.
The support of the local authorities is extremely important to us and gives us even greater strength to continue our efforts and build a club that will proudly represent Peyia and the wider Akamas region.

Cyprus
Georgia Katsonouri is a goalkeeper from Paphos whose career has taken in college football in the United States with the University of Kentucky and the University of Evansville, spells in Greece and Spain, and top-flight football in Cyprus with Apollon Ladies. Having played in five different countries, she returns home to continue her football journey with Peyia-Akamas Ladies FC.
