Melissa Garcia

Melissa Garcia is a forward from San Diego, California who has built a truly international career, playing professionally across Australia, Albania, Iceland, Poland, Switzerland and Austria before joining Peyia-Akamas Ladies FC. She believes the launch of the club is a special project — and her ambition for the season is simple: to win.

Melissa’s family and her dog Walter are based in San Diego. Away from the pitch she likes to surf, camp and hike, and she is currently completing the final year of her master’s degree in Applied Sport and Performance Psychology.
